Why is my search result count different from the actual results on LinkedIn?

LinkedIn is doing beta testing on a few profiles and has applied some changes to the region filter. As a result, there will also be times that the invite will be sent over to a different target audience.

How to ensure that we are targetting the right audience?

1. Make sure to double-check your search before starting the sequence. Try to click on the inputted search result and check whether that's the audience that you wanted to reach. If the search is different please create a brand new sequence and delete the current one to avoid confusion. 

2. For Sales Nav users kindly check if you are the correct LinkedIn account. If the search was created from a different user, the search result would be different from the one that you created.

3. If you are a teammate of an ADMIN user inside Kennected, this is expected since the software will not reach out to users to whom your teammates have already sent an invite. Our software automatically detects and filters the prospects accordingly. 

4. Lastly, if you are already experiencing the issue. Kindly pause the sequence and try to recreate it from scratch. There will be instances for glitches to occur during the set-up.
