Updating my Subscription and Billing Details

How can I update my billing information?

Update 1 - Billing section
  • Step 1 - Navigate to the settings tab
  • Step 2 - Click on the "update billing" button
  • Step 3 - (You will be rerouted to a stripe confirmation page) Please have the customer input the email address used to collect their first payment
  • Step 4 - Check your email inbox for a confirmation code.
    Note: You would need to use the email that you first used from your initial payment with Kennected.
  • Step 5 - Input that code
  • Step 6 - You can now update the card on file and billing details, pause, or cancel your plan
