Integrating ZOHO CRM with Kennected

Beginning Steps of ZOHO/Kennected Integration

Open a Google Chrome browser to access your Zapier (Premium account is needed) , ZOHO CRM and CloudKennect account.

Step 1: Make a Zap

  1. Open Zapier and select "Make a Zap"

  2. Choose a trigger, look for "Webhooks by Zapier"

  3. Under "Choose App & Event", select "Catch Hook", then press "Continue"

  4. Copy the custom Webhook URL

  5. Go to CloudKennect, select "Webhooks", paste the URL, and then click "Test Webhooks and Save"

  6. Go back to Zapier and click on "Continue"

  7. Test your trigger

  8.  This will be the data that will be pushed through as a Test to your CRM, click on "Continue"

Step 2: Choose an Action

  1. Look for ZOHO CRM

  2. Select the Action Event titled "Create/Update Module Entry"

  3. Click on "Continue"

  4. Select your ZOHO Account and click on "Continue"

  5. Customize Module Entry, select "Leads" in the list

  6. These are the modules for ZOHO CRM

  7. Customize your Module and click on "Continue"
  8. Select "Test & Continue"

  9. Verify that your data pushed through and populated in ZOHO

  10. Click "Turn on Zap" (A Premium Account for Zapier is Required)

Step 3: Turn on Zapier in Kennected

  1. Go to Kennected
  2. Go to your sequence and click "Edit"
  3. Turn on the Zapier switch and Select one of the following triggers
  4. You have successfully integrated Kennected with ZOHO!
